WATER........itself can cure lot of diseases . It means when we are drinking water ,we should take care of the following -

  1. Always drink water after one hour of your breakfast , lunch or dinner.
  2. Never drink water in the middle of eating .Still than if you feel very thirsty ,than drink Luke warm water in the middle of your eating.
  3. Whenever you drink water ,drink it slowly ,so that saliva secreted from your mouth will mix in it and it will go inside the stomach.Saliva is very useful element to keep your body healthy.
  4. If possible try to use the water of mud pot for summer season , copper utensil water for rainy day and gold coated container for winter season.
